Mrs. Ham makes sure to do her best to be a
positive part of Woodland Elementary.
Amy Wentz Hamilton is a native of Battletown in Meade County
and has lived there her entire life.
Mrs. Ham been married to Brian Hamilton since July 1996!
She has three awesome sons, Clint, Levi, and Sam.
They bring her so much joy!
She also has a sweet calico kitty named Lola and
a chocolate lab puppy named Hank!
Mrs. Ham attended Morehead State University,
where she had a double major in
Music Education and Elementary Education.
Next, she received her Master's degrees from
Western Kentucky University
in Elementary Education and Exceptional Education.
Finally, she received her Rank I from WKU in Administration.
She taught General Music Education at Flaherty Elementary for 11 years.
She then moved to Special Education for the next 11 years.
She now co-teaches in fourth grade at Woodland Elementary.
When not in school, Mrs. Ham loves to play the piano and sing.
She loves Netflix and spending time with her husband.
It is a good life!
She loves decorating her new home, woodworking with her husband, and crafting.
