BAPTIST HEALTH HARDIN OFFICIALS PRESENT WATCH TO JHHS STUDENT

jhhs student receives watch from BHH

A few weeks ago, Baptist Health Hardin staff member Valerie Haddle acquired a Garmin Running SmartWatch.  However, Ms. Haddle is not a runner.

She reached out to Baptist Health Hardin Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Tom Carrico (an avid runner) and asked if there was someone whom he knew that could benefit from the watch.

Mr. Carrico contacted Hardin County Schools Superintendent Teresa Morgan and asked if there was a cross-country student-athlete in the district that could use the watch.  After learning that John Hardin High School Junior Brendan Nagle earned fourth place in the 2A Kentucky Cross Country State Championship meet, Mrs. Morgan knew that Brendan was certainly deserving.

Mr. Carrico and Mrs. Haddle came to JHHS on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 to present Brendan with the Garmin Running SmartWatch.  Pictures of the presentation are attached.
