HCS will make a statement regarding masks during a back-to-school virtual question and answer session (that has been scheduled since early July) on Hardin County Educational and Community Television (HCEC-TV) and its YouTube Channel on Friday, July 30 at noon.
The HCEC-TV YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/user/Gryan2015). The event will live stream on the YouTube channel.
The Q-and-A session will also air at later dates on both mediums. HCEC-TV is broadcast on Brandenburg Telecom Channel One, Comcast Channel 2 and Spectrum Cable Channel 184.
The Q-and-A session will last no longer than 30 minutes. Officials from several HCS departments will participate.
Those who have questions can ask them on a form before the Q-and-A session. That electronic form is on the HCS webpage, www.hardin.kyschools.us. The form can be found under the News and Announcements Section and at the top of the list of Quick Links items. It can also be found at https://bit.ly/HCSQandA21. Questions submitted before 11:30 am on Friday, July 30 have a better chance of getting answered during the session.
“The start of the school greatly affects our community,” HCS Community Relations Specialist John Wright said. “It is likely that if one person has a question, another person has that same question. We hope this is a venue is one which our parents, students, community and staff can feel free to ask beneficial questions.”
