My name is Tom Pitt, I've been an automotive technology teacher since 2013. I began my teaching career at Green County ATC and have been a teacher at EC3 since it opened in 2014.
I am a graduate of ECTC's Automotive Program and a Career Technical Education degree from Western Kentucky University. I am an ASE Master Certified Technician and have earned the title of KIA Masters Elite Technician and Masters Elite Service Advisor. I worked for Montgomery Imports as a technician and as a service advisor before becoming a teacher.
Automotive technology is very dear to me. I have two children, Regal and Phoenix, both named after cars, and own a number of classic General Motors vehicles, including a 1969 Buick LeSabre and two 1984 T-Type Regals. My wife, Keshia, loves vehicles as well, she owns a 1977 Trans Am.
I also enjoy hunting, leatherwork and playing music with my church group, where I play the bass.
