The  American Legion (Etown post) has two annual essay contests with prize money. The links are below if interested. :)


Each year the Optimist Club of Radcliff sponsors an Essay Contest  for students in the local area. The application will give details as to the topic of the essay with rules and regulations. The scholarship money available at club level is $100 for first place, $50 for second place and $25 for third place. The first place winner’s essay will then be forwarded to our District level, with an opportunity of winning a $2,500 college scholarship.
