You will need to bring with you...

proof of residence (any one of these will work): copy of lease, phone bill, electric bill, etc;

name, address, phone/fax number of child/guardian's last school attended;

and parent/guardian enrolling student must show his/her photo ID.

If you need a password reset for Infinite Campus, Ms. Melton does those also.
