Neal Gibbs hails from a small town in North Carolina called Pantego. He retired from the military with 27 years of honorable service and has resided in Elizabethtown since 1999.

Neal’s educational background starts with receiving a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Business from Western Kentucky University in 2011 and a master’s degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University in 2018. He also completed his Rank 1 certification in School Administration at Western Kentucky University.
