G.C. Burkhead Elementary is located at 1323 St. John Rd., Elizabethtown, KY.
We house students Preschool through grade 5.
Our school building is 6 years old. It has 33 classrooms, a colorful media center, a large gymnasium and an absolutely beautiful courtyard.
We have a Family Resource Center and Nurse’s Office located within the school. We have two computer labs with 32 multimedia workstations.
Our school provides many learning and extra curricular opportunities for our students. These programs include:
