** Congratulations to Dillon Brock! Dillon is the 2012 Hardin County Derby Festival Spelling Bee Champion! Dillon will now compete in the State Spelling Bee finals at Louisville's Papa John's Cardinal Stadium on March 10!

** Lady Lakers  Basketball Team Visits Bellarmine University - The team is pictured above with former WHMS, CHHS, and current Bellarmine University standout, Kylie Brady (pictured center).

** VALENTINES DANCE - February 10, after school. Admission is $5, and proceeds will benefit Jayvin Adams!

** Teens For Jeans -- Sponsored by Student Council and STLP. Students are encouraged to donate old or used jeans for disadvantaged children. This initiative will run through February 12.

** Girls First Home Volleyball Match - Mon., Feb. 13 vs. North Middle. 7th grade match begins @ 6:00.
