Time Capsule

The first time capsule that was called by that name was created for the 1939 World's Fair. Objects were placed inside a box explaining the culture of that time period. When it is opened, the contents will teach people what life was like in those long ago days. If you want to know what the news, sports, & favorite movies & songs of any year from 1900 to 1999 were, dMarie Time Capsule is a cool site to explore at http://dmarie.com/timecap/.

Students at Upton Elementary have been busy analyzing the dominant cultures in 1 A.D., 1000 A.D., and 2000 A.D.
