Mrs. Powell's 5th grade class researched the League of Women Voters of Kentucky web site to learn the views of Jim Bunning and Scotty Baesler on current issues, put on a debate, and voted for the candidate they felt would make the best new U.S. Senator for Kentucky.
Mrs. Cooper's Social Studies class has been studying the amendments to the U. S. constitution. They prepared advertisements and persuasive pieces about each. Their presentations were video-taped for WETV.
