Dr.
Kagwisagye is a veterinarian with a degree from Makerere University in Kampala,
Uganda. He has over 19 years of experience in the agricultural sector,
associated with various integrated crop-livestock development and trade
initiatives. His work has included the design and implementation of sustainable
agricultural rural development projects through public, private and voluntary
organizations and missions. His experience includes project work in Kenya,
Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and Rwanda. Dr. Kagwisagye is married and the
father of four daughters and two sons. His family is currently residing in
Byumba, Rwanda.
