Our Mission

The mission of the Hardin County Schools Student Services Department is to help reduce social and educational barriers for students and their families.

What does Hardin County have for me?

Hardin County offers a wide range of educational opportunities. Our Home/Hospital program offers education for students that will be absent for more than 12 consecutive days for medical reasons. Our alternative programs offer different avenues for students that have trouble learning in a traditional classroom. Family Resource centers offer some basic needs for families and remove barriers to learning. For more information on these and other programs select a link and explore the possibilities!
