About Me

Hello, my name is Hannah Hobbs and I am very excited to be a Woodland Eagle as a third grade teacher! This is my sixth year teaching. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University, my Master’s Degree from Georgetown College in English as a Second Language and Teacher Leadership, and I am currently working on my second Master's Degree from Georgetown College in Special Education. I am an Army brat, having spent my childhood in Kansas, Virginia, and Kentucky. I was born on Ft. Knox and returned to Hardin County later in life where I graduated High School from John Hardin. I enjoy playing guitar, playing disc golf, reading, fishing, and spending time with my husband and our pets. Teaching is my calling! I have always known that I wanted to teach.

My Mission Statement

My mission as a third grade teacher is to provide a loving environment for my students and a supportive environment for their families. I want all of my students to surpass their goals and become better leaders. I want my classroom families to feel welcomed to contribute in the learning process.
