About Me

Hello, my name is Hannah Hobbs and I am very excited to be a Woodland Eagle as a third grade teacher! This is my fifth year teaching. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University, my Master’s Degree from Georgetown College in English as a Second Language and Teacher Leadership, and I am currently working on my second Master's Degree from Georgetown College in Educational Administration. I am an Army brat, having spent my childhood in Kansas, Virginia, and Kentucky. I was born on Ft. Knox and returned to Hardin County later in life where I graduated High School from John Hardin. I enjoy playing guitar, playing disc golf, reading, fishing, and spending time with my husband and our pets. Teaching is my calling! I have always known that I wanted to teach.

My Mission Statement

My mission as a third grade teacher is to create a loving environment where students feel safe, and are challenged and motivated to meet their social, emotional, and academic goals.
