This is my seventh year at North Hardin High School, my 11th in Hardin County Schools, and my 18th year in education. I graduated from Great Lakes Christian College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Religious Education, from Milligan College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and from Western Kentucky University in 2002 with a Masters in Educational Administration. My first job was at a small high school in Greenville, Tennessee. From there, I spent four years at the Glendale Children's Home in Hardin County. I then became the Assistant Principal (3 years) and Principal (4 years) of Bullitt Lick Middle School. After taking almost 2 years off from the field of education, I came back and started at North Hardin High School. I have been here ever since.
I am happily married for the last 24 years and we have four children. I have a 23-years old son that is in the U.S. Navy, a 20 year-old daughter that lives in Lexington, a 18-year old son that has a fulltime position with a subsidary of Ford, and an adopted daughter that was born at the end of November 2017. I am a huge University of Kentucky Basketball fan. I like to collect sports memorabilia, watch movies, and surf the Internet.
