Ed Reesor, R.N. worked for Hardin County EMS for 9 years, served as Deputy Coroner of Hardin for 5 of those. He graduated from Elizabethtown Community College in 1988 with an Associate of Arts Degree and an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing, and 1989 with an Associate in Arts in Business Management. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Occupational Education in 2000 from the University of Louisville. He started his teaching career in 1996 at the Bullitt County Area Technology Center where he taught Health Sciences and Computer Technology. He came to Central Hardin High School in 2008 to open the Health Sciences Program in the Hardin County Schools.
Wm. Chad Witzel, MS, LAT, ATC, ITAT attended Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Witzel completed a 2-year athletic training fellowship with the Hughston Foundation in Columbus, Georgia. While a fellow, he had the opportunity to work at Auburn University, where he covered club and recreation athletics. Mr. Witzel also obtained his Master of Science degree in physical education and health from the University of North Georgia as a Hughston fellow. Currently, Mr. Witzel is a health science instructor at Central Hardin High School and an outreach certified athletic trainer for Hardin Memorial Hospital. Mr. Witzel's professional interests include emergency medicine, therapeutic rehabilitation, and concussion education and management.
