Browser Compatibility

Text Size:+ -

The North Middle School website utilizes some of the latest technologies in its design and layout including JAVA, CSS, Frames, Dynamic HTML, and many more advanced scripting languages. As a result, our website and some of its features may not display correctly in older browsers because they do not support these features.

Known issues:

Internet Explorer

  • Internet Explorer 7: The photos that appear next to the Spartan head will continue past the edge of table that contains it and keeps it aligned with the rest of the page. When activated, a red alert bar does not appear at the top of the page. This bar is used to disseminate important information regarding North Middle School, such as: breaks, the status of school during inclement weather (closed, delayed, early dismissal) [do not rely on this feature it is only meant to serve as a tool and not your only source for closing information; during extreme cases the bar may not be able to be updated do to power outages and other circumstances beyond our control], and other important information.
  • The issues above also apply to Internet Explorer 8 when running in compatibility mode.
