Homework is an extension of the learning experiences
children have during the instructional day.
Homework is designed to aid the student in achieving classroom and
school goals. Your child will have
homework Monday through Thursday. The daily
homework assignments are as follows:
Reading: If a specific assignment
is not made, 15 minutes of “fun”
reading is expected.
Math: Side b most days except Friday
Spelling: Your child will be responsible to study his words during the
week.
He/she will have homework
3-4 times a week as well. Spelling
tests
will occur on each Friday.
Any
project given as homework will be given one or more weeks before it is due.
