It's time to get ready for campaign for student government class representatives.  Each first period class will have two representatives.

Auditory, Visual, HANDS ON

 

 

VISUAL LEARNERS

 

  • remember things best when they see them
  • usually enjoy reading
  • uses charts, graphs, diagrams
  • usually recopies notes
  • will use colorful highlighters to mark important facts
  • picture things in their mind
  • uses planners and calendars
  • usually are good spellers due to visualizing word
  • learn through seeing

 

 AUDITORY  LEARNERS

  • learn best when they hear things
  • usually like teachers who lecture
  • follow oral directions better than written directions
  • may enjoy studying with soft music in background
  • may read orally or recite information orally when studying
  • when viewing visuals, may put picture/graph into descriptive words
  • learn through listening

 

HANDS ON LEARNERS

  • learn best when they are moving
  • may review/study while doing an activity such as walking or jogging
  • may need frequent breaks while studying as they may find it very hard to sit still for   long periods of time
  • may trace letters of word when studying vocabulary
  • learns best through hands on approach
  • enjoys making things with hands
  • learn through moving, doing, or touching
