QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Certificate; have knowledge of basic methods, materials, tools and equipment used in custodial work; have knowledge of proper methods of storing equipment, materials and supplies; have the ability to perform routine custodial activities at an assigned school or facility to maintain buildings and adjacent grounds in  a clean, orderly and secure condition; have the ability to use cleaning materials, equipment and methods according to district procedures; have the ability to learn appropriate safety precautions procedures; have the ability to observe and report need for repairs; have the ability to perform heavy physical labor, walk, bend, push and stand for extended periods of time; have the ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds; have the ability to communicate effectively with others; and have the ability to work independently with little direction. 

HOURS/DAYS/LOCATION:  8 hours per day (flexibility in working hours a must, some Sunday work may be necessary)/261 days per school year/Performing Arts Center and other locations as needed
