 Dear Parent,

 Great News! The Parent Portal to our student database in Infinite Campus is finally available.  The Parent Portal will give parents access to student grades and attendance via the internet.  In January we requested that parents verify the current information in our computer system in order to clean up incorrect data; however, we are not confident it is 100% accurate.  To insure confidentiality, we are only offering the log-in information to parents who come to school with a picture ID to verify the accuracy of personal information in the database.  For additional security, we can only distribute the GUID number to one custodial parent.  After the account is established, it will be up to that one custodial parent to determine if the information will be shared with others.

 Beginning Wednesday, March 18^th, you may come by the school during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) to verify the information and receive the login GUID number for your student(s).  If it is more convenient, you will also be able to verify information and get your GUID number at our open house on Thursday, March 26^th from 4:00 – 5:00 pm in the school library.

 Due to confidentiality of the information contained in the database, we are not allowed to give out the GUID number by phone, fax, email, or mail - thanks for your understanding!
