Xanadu Participation Requirements

1. Cast and crew members must be passing at least 4 out of 5 classes at all times.
2. Attendance is mandatory for both tech rehearsals: Tues. 2/21 and Thurs. 2/23.
3. Any student who misses 2 rehearsals or tech work days without previous approval by Ms. Ryan may be removed from the cast and crew.
4. Any student who is suspended at any time during the rehearsal period will be removed from the cast and crew.
5. All after-school rehearsals will begin at 3:40pm. Tardiness is unacceptable.
6. Students have received a full rehearsal schedule, as everyone will not be called for every rehearsal or work day. Each student must be responsible for keeping up with which rehearsals he or she is required to attend.
