Phillip Pike grew up right here in Hardin County.  He attended Hardin Central Middle School,

which is the same building as we are in today, and then, following the renovation, returned to

graduate from Central Hardin High School in 1994.  That Fall he enrolled in Evangel University

in Springfield, Missouri and began studying science.  In 1999 he graduated with a major in

Biology and minors in Chemistry and Physics.  He immediately returned home and has spent the

past 11 years involved in the Hardin County Schools system.  Mr. Pike is married to Angela

(Blair) Pike, the Assistant Principal at Lakewood Elementary and a 1997 graduate of  CHHS.

She received her degree from Western Kentucky University, through ECC.  They have

a wonderful daughter and another child on the way.  In their spare time they enjoy working in the

yard and spending time together hunting and fishing.  This is Mr. Pike’s sixth year at CHHS.  He

previously spent time teaching at John Hardin and North Hardin.  Currently he is teaching only
