Transcript Requests

CHHS keeps records for five years on graduates and transfer students.

Students from the Classes of 2008-2012: contact the guidance office at 270-737-6800 for transcript copies. There is a $3 charge per copy.

If you graduated or attended prior to 2008:

Please contact the Hardin County Board of Education for a copy of your transcript, 270-769-8800.

Current students may sign up on the transcript request sheet in the guidance office for transcript copies. There is no charge for this service.
