Biography:
I grew up on a dairy farm in Smiths Grove,

so agriculture has always been an important part of my life.
During my college years I owned and operated a commercial greenhouse,
which fully funded my undergraduate education and sparked my interest in

horticulture sciences.
My husband, Chris, and I where married in 2003.

He is also a WKU Agriculture grad and is a full time dairy farmer.
I am extremely proud of the improvements and accomplishments

our family farm has gone through in the past few years.
Chris and I have 2 beautiful daughters, Rachel Elizabeth (6-12-06) and

Emma Grace (10-20-08).
Our girls and a joy and a blessing!

I have been employed at CHHS since 2004 and
feel truly blessed to be apart of the CHHS family.
I love teaching agriculture and sharing my passion for horticulture with my
students.
I am also one of the 3 FFA advisors, here at CHHS.
I firmly believe that the FFA makes a positive difference in the lives
of students by developing their potential for premier leadership,
personal growth, and career success!
