SITE BASED COUNCIL
MINUTES
November 8,
2011 4:00 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by the chairperson, Bryan Lewis, with the following members present: Rebecca Bauer, Toni Driggers, Bryan Lewis, Ann Marie Reilly, Susie Sherrard, and Rachel Will.
Members absent –
APPROVAL OF AGENDA – Rebecca Bauer motioned to approve the agenda. Ann Marie Reilly seconded. Motion carried by consensus.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Rachel Will motioned to approve the minutes for October 11, 2011. Rebecca Bauer seconded. Motion carried by consensus.
RECOGNITION OF VISITORS
– Debbie Hicks
APPROVAL OF THE
Mr. Lewis provided
the council members with a copy of the 2011-2012 Fall Map data and gave an
overview.
Mr. Lewis provided
the council members with a copy of the revised Junior Beta Club Membership
Policy, policy number 15.02 for the first reading.
Mr. Lewis shared
an email with the council members from Carla Breeding stating that GCB is 100%
in legally required SBDM council membership and legally required training
completion by members.
Council
members received the financial report for October 2011.
ADJOURNMENT – There being no further business, Susie Sherrard motioned to adjourn
the meeting. Rebecca Bauer seconded.
Motion carried by consensus.
