Minority Parent Representatives for Site Based Council
NEEDED

The John Hardin High School Site Based Decision Making Council minority parent elections have been rescheduled for Friday, November 21st

Any parent who is a minority who would like to be added to the ballot must request an Nomination Inclusion Form from the school office.  The form must be completed, signed and returned to the school office by Wednesday, November 19th at 4:00 p.m. to have their name appear on the ballot.

 For SBDM purposes, a minority is defined as “American Indian; Alaskan Native; African-American; Hispanic, including persons of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Central- or South-American origins; Pacific Islander; or other ethnic group underrepresented in the school.” [KRS 160.345 (1) (a)]

 The SBDM Minority Parent election will be held on Friday, November 21st from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the main office at John Hardin High School.  All 2014-15 John Hardin parents are encouraged to vote.
