Creekside Elementary School
Creekside Elementary will be collecting items at school Friday (9/1/17) through Tuesday (9/5/17). Those wishing to help can drop off the items below (please bring only these items) before lunch on Tuesday.
- NEW 5-gallon buckets
- First aid kits
- Extension cords
- Cleaning supplies
- Dish soap
James T. Alton Middle School
Through the Energy Bus program, James T. Alton Middle School students will put together "Love Our Passengers In Texas Care Packages." JTA students will be collecting items to send to the American Red Cross to help those impacted. Students are asked to bring items from the following list or bring $10. The donations of unused items will aid displaced families that have relocated to shelters throughout the city of Houston.
Items requested include:
- unscented lotions
- diaper wipes
- word search books
Lincoln Trail Elementary School
The Lincoln Trail Elementary School staff is collecting toiletry items through September 13.
Meadow View Elementary School
Meadow View Elementary is collecting Gatorade, water, toiletries, personal hygiene items, diapers (adult and infant), batteries and non-perishable food. Items must be at school by September 6.
G.C. Burkhead Elementary School
GCB will be partnering with Kentucky Cares to collect supplies for the Hurricane victims in Texas. They will collect tooth brushes, tooth paste and bar soap from September 5th through 9th. Collection barrels will be placed near the main office of the school.
HCS Early College & Career Center
EC3 will be collecting the following items until September 13th.
- hygiene products such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, face wipes, and deodorant
- baby items such as wipes or diapers
- coloring books and crayons for kids
North Hardin High School
NHHS will be collecting the following items:
- snack bars
- socks (any size)
- hand sanitizer
